Job Profile• Ensure effective and timely deployment of all promotional activities
• Plan and propose marketing initiatives
• Track and maintain records of promotion effectiveness
• Coordinate with existing vendors and ensure timely deployment of all promotion collaterals
• Executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Ensure deployment of annual marketing calendar at the region
• Adapt promotions at the territory and local sentiments to connect with the customers
• Ideation of In-store communication and displays
• Enhance customer experience
• Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials
• Conduct market surveys to know retail trends and draw inspiration
Job Requirement• Flexible with travelling and also with extensive travelling in rural areas
• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural inputs like bio fertilizers, bio pesticides, green house
products, plants planting material.
• In depth knowledge of pesticides/plant growth promoters/agro inputs marketing business
• Must be able to build a good connection with distributors/dealers of the areas
• Proficient in MS Office and social media
• Strong networking skills
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree in Agriculture (mandatory) MBA (Marketing) will be a plus.
• Candidates only from Pesticides/Fertilizers/Agro Chemical industries should apply
